Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING:

We offer free delivery on orders over R550 across South Africa. For orders below R550, a delivery fee applies:

  • Johannesburg local delivery: R79 for orders up to R550, free thereafter.
  • Countrywide delivery: R150 for orders below R550, free for orders above R550.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES:

  • Johannesburg: 1 to 3 working days.
  • Countrywide: 2 to 5 working days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Returns are accepted within 14 days, subject to a 15% handling fee for correctly supplied items. Damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours with the original invoice and packaging. Specials or Buyouts are non-returnable or refundable.
